How do I find data on a specific retailer?

Located at the top of the left navigation, the easiest way to find data on a specific retailer is to use the WATCHLISTS.

To add a retailer to the WATCHLISTS, follow these steps:

  1. In the left navigation, under WATCHLISTS, find RETAILERS

  2. Click the "+" button and you'll receive a pop up

  3. Search by keyword phrase to find and click the retailer you are looking for

Please note you can add any Retailer we track. And we try our best to track them all, so let us know if there is a retailer missing.

Using the Retailers WATCHLISTS Screens

Now that you've added one or multiple stores to your WATCHLIST, click the dropdown to access the available screens. These screens provide different views into the market data for this specific brand. See below for a summary of the different screens.

Analytics

The Products screen is a simple, organized table of the retailers online products listings. You have the ability to filter by category, brand and availability. You can easily export this data to analyze a single store's menu in detail.

Common use cases include:

  1. Monitoring local competition pricing and product mix

  2. Researching brands pricing and merchandising across the state

  3. Looking for new trending brands to bring into your store

The Locations screen provides a map and three critical customer lists. Current customers is where our system currently sees your product as of the last web crawl. Previous customers are stores where we've seen your product previously but we no longer see any products from your brand wise on the menu. And potential customers are those who you've never been in or it's been quite some time.

Common use cases include:
