What do the different event types in the Activities feed mean?

Simple definitions for each of the event types listed in the activities screen.

See below for a simple definition of each of the event types listed in the activities screen:

Low inventory

Total number of items has dropped below 5 remaining for purchase

New Product

A product has been added to the menu that hasn't been in there in the past (since we have been crawling)

Back in Stock

A previous out of stock item has been readded to the menu and has at least 1 available on the menu

Menu item depleted

There are no more remaining items on the menu since our last crawl

Menu item replenished

The previously depleted item has been restocked within 24 hours of the item coming off the menu

New sale

An item on the menu has gone on sale

Sale ended

An item that was on sale is now no longer on sale

Product sold

Based on the last crawl, there are fewer items than the previous crawl available

Product replaced

The Product Replaced event is triggered when our system notices patterns of quantity changes that suggests some level of increase in available inventory. Larger quantities suggest restocks while single digits would suggest a return or minor inventory adjustment/correction. Each online menu provider provides different stock level visibility, so you may notice some menus are more accurate than others.

Brand OOS at Dispensary

All of a single brand’s products are not now available on the menu.
